I bought a house that has supposed just completed repairs under the EQC program and signed off by both Flectchers and EQC. In actual fact, none of the foundation repairs had been done, except to paint over crack and all the interior work was done at a substandard level. Upon discovery in 2016 and the 6 years since, Warren Lewis and his team have been incredibly active in every facet of what has turned into a full rebuild of my house. Convincing EQC to admit not only that the earlier repairs had not been done, but that they were obligated to correct it, would not have been possible without Warren's professionalism, high reputation in the field, and bulldog persistence in getting EQC to fulfill their responsibilities. During the actual rebuild lasting many months, the Lewis & Barrow team have been both proactive and top notch organized in ensuring that the builders, EQC, and myself as homeowner were aware of what was going on, what was being done to rectify and why, and ensuring all work was/ is done at highest levels of proficiency and efficiency possible. I feel incredibly fortunate to not only get my house back -- the way it should have been initially, but have a team guide me through this long process with fabulous support.
