I got off a late flight, couldn’t get internet so as I was tired got one of your taxis. He only had to go to Burnside from airport so not even 5 kms added the charges and it came up as $30 but said I could give him $35 I mean what a rip off. No wonder everyone uses Uber
Visited the Hornby shop today for a simple manicure. no polish. Have been going to this salon since it opened. Was told it would be 5 mins wait, was 15 mins, others taken before me that were also walk ins. Shop very untidy. My person continually getting up to see other people at counter Not impressed, doubt I will be back. Another customer next to me felt the same way, 1.30 appt, and was still there at 3pm. Sang needs to concentrate more on her image at the Hornby store, and maybe put someone in charge that knows how it should be run.
We were delayed on our journey from UK to NZ we didn’t expect our transfer driver to be waiting for us however Guy met us with charming hospitality and had waited over 2 hours to greet us! Fantastic service very much appreciated as we were exhausted on arrival. Thank you Guy very much
