When arriving had so many sheets to look at and decide which colour wanted. Hard to do when young girl doing my nails. All your girls were laughing and talking so loud in their own language. VERY RUDEWould be nice if they could converse with client.
So easy to get to and park the staff are so awesome friendly and will help with anything they can. They even offer a car wash service. Great service with dropping off and picking up. Cheapest in Christchurch
My daughter with Downs syndrome booked a taxi this morning to get her to her zumba class at 6.30pm. At 6.55pm she called me in tears saying that not only had the taxi not arrived but they told her she was a low priority and others were ahead of her. She called them at 7pm to cancel the taxi as she had missed most of the class and said that she wouldn't use them again as they were so rude and unhelpful. They hung up on her. She said she feels discriminated against as a woman with a disability to be treated that way. First Direct say their professionalism makes them first choice with people with disabilities. Not in this family. We will be passing on our experience to all our friends and special needs clubs in Christchurch.
