I used this company from city to Sumner at 11:30 pm. On the way home, driver said he only takes cash and if I didn’t have cash we would need to stop and get cash from an atm. When I said this is crazy that he doesn’t take credit or debit, he pulled over and told me I was to pay the fare and get out on the side of the road. As a woman travelling alone, I would never use this company again.

Went to Cathedral Cars as they had something that interested me. I was looking for something that I could drive away with no waiting. After seeing a previous dealership with a bad attitude to customer care, and lack of willingness to help or suggest and make a sale! It was nice to experience what I would say was a nice clean cut of service with a helpful small team. Thank you to the chap who looked after us to start with, and to the sales man. The Mondeo is a lovely car.
Registration PMG396 - No metre on display until drive was complete, he kept opening the arm rest console and I could hear these beeping noises (clearly ramping up the metre) Charged $100 for a 10 minute drive which I do weekly, Uber normally charges $30 MAX. Was pushy asking m e to book him for a return journey and I said NO but he insisted he was going to book me anyway and I have to ring and cancel if I don't want it. The cab was repulsive. Disgusting and no air conditioniong so I was melting in the back. I am taking this further because it's not just being ripped off, it's intimidation and feeling unsafe.
